CHARLES MASSON INC., established in 1961 in Montreal, Canada, started its operations by supplying bulk products to the food processing industry. Initially, our product range included frozen fruits and vegetables. Charles Masson Inc. rapidly became known to the processing industry as one of its key and efficient players thanks to its well developed network of worldwide suppliers.
Over the first two decades, Charles Masson Inc. expanded by offering an assorted range of fruit products (such as frozen fruits and juice concentrates), as well as vegetables and other vegetable-based products as the ever-increasing needs of our customers prompted us to diversify our product line.
With a supply base spanning the globe, we have long term partnerships with established processors of IQF fruits and vegetables. We have worked for many years with our suppliers to help tailor their production to North American standards, and to ensure a consistency, and quality of supply. All of our processors carry a full range QA accreditation.
Today, our product range includes the following:

- Fruit juices (Concentrates) and Purees; and,
- Organic Frozen Fruits and Vegetables.
